Summary of their experience

Susan represented my husband and me in the purchase of a home in Old Town Longmont. She was great to work with and had a lot of inside information about Old Town. She would drive us down the streets pointing out houses that she had been in and knew about more than surface details about homes in that neighborhood. She understood very quickly what we were looking for, our style and had good ideas for renovations, and ideas about costs as well as making good recommendations for local trades for us. Old Town Longmont is an in demand area and she was on top of that, and very available when a home came available that fit our needs. She has a good breadth of knowledge and is very fun to work with~
